Scaling of screw vacuum pump
Due to the working substance of screw vacuum pump (i.e. make-up liquid), the key is to immediately use drinking water or paper mill water. Due to the high hardness of tap water, the ionization composition of the alloy in purified water is also very complex. Therefore, the internal two-phase flow components of screw vacuum pump work under this material standard. After a long period of physical treatment, dirt will be generated and dirt will be generated. It will damage the screw vacuum pump to make it work normally.
The vacuum degree of the scaled screw vacuum pump will be reduced. The polluted screw vacuum pump will not only reduce the vacuum degree, but also increase the power. Due to the formation of scale, the pressure relief valve dialog box becomes smaller, and when the dialog box is not included, the compression ratio in the small room increases, resulting in an increase in power and an increase in power of about 10%.
For screw vacuum pumping equipment, if there is too much dirt, it will endanger the working efficiency and service life of screw vacuum pump. Therefore, please protect the screw vacuum pump to prevent equipment damage.
